Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@nailsource.co.uk

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Items We Can’t Accept for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Nail polishes, gels, liquids, and chemical products

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Free or promotional items (unless the full promotional bundle is returned)


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, where appropriate.

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear aren’t covered.


How to Return an Item (Step by Step)

  1. Get in touch
    Email us at returns@nailsource.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation
    We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

  3. Package your item securely

  4. Send it back
    Return the item using a tracked delivery service (return postage is paid by the customer). Return to the following address:

  1. Refund processing
    Once received and checked, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
