UK Delivery Options

  • Sent via DPD or Royal Mail

  • Cut-off time: 1pm (orders placed after this will be processed the next working day)

📦 Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – £3.50

🎉 FREE Standard Tracked Delivery on orders over £50 + VAT

 

⏱️ Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (no weekends or bank holidays)

  • We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only and do not offer international shipping

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Motels, or Service Points

  • Once delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer

  • We cannot accept liability if delivery instructions are changed after dispatch
